This research aims analyze relationship between ICT awareness improve school science visionary leadership. was conducted 30 elementary schools Medan, respondents this study were 390 teachers who determined by simple random sampling method. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart PLS data processing tool.
